BEING AN OPTIMIST FUELS MY WORK
After helping to design fellowship programs which support entrepreneurs for three years, from time to time, I serve as an evaluator for said programs such as Echoing Green, and the Mandela Washington Fellowship. These spaces cultivated my optimistic can do attitude, and are why I continue
to give back to them.
I MANAGE A YOUNG AND VIBRANT NONPROFIT FOR BLACK WOMEN IN ECONOMIC FIELDS
I co-founded the Sadie Collective and serve as its Chief Operations Officer. I work with with a remote team of fabulous women to organize our flagship conference. Our work continues to be recognized both nationally and internationally in media outlets and institutional spaces.
I ANALYZE DATA BEYOND AND WITHIN THE BORDERS OF THE U.S.
I currently work as a Senior Research Assistant at the Federal Reserve Board of Governors, in the International Finance division. During my tenure, I have conducted research, produced relevant policy findings, and assisted Federal Reserve Board's leadership on Diversity and Inclusion work. I recently led the Board's first Status on Black Women in Economics Dialogue.
I SERVED AS A CATALYST FOR
ENTREPRENEURS ACROSS THE AFRICAN DIASPORA
I’ve been working as a professional in this industry for half a decade and have gained an expansive set of skills in the process. The combination of my experience hosting business ideation workshops, and enabling early stage entrpreneurs to be successful with a knack for analytical expertise makes me fully capable of turning your business ideas into a reality.
