Fanta Traore leverages data and research to solve her team’s most pressing challenges through analysis, storytelling and program implementation. A proud Howard University alum, she utilizes work experience within the entrepreneur support ecosystem and the U.S. Central Bank of conducting data analysis and program creation to inform organizational strategy and policy. She enjoys using data to strengthen the case for economic and social justice for people who have infinite potential but are limited by the circumstances that inefficient policy has afforded them.

Some of the communities she has influenced in the world of data are: underfunded minorities in entrepreneurship, African youth, African academics, and U.S. civilians. She recently co-founded The Sadie Collective, the organizing body behind the Sadie T.M. Alexander Conference, and currently serves as its Chief Operating Officer.
